ICCN at JACK

Dear All,

We have again been extremely busy for the last weeks as an outbreak of flu started due to the heavy rains and winds we had last January.

In addition to this, our sanctuary was honored by the visit of  ICCN Director: Pasteur COSMA  WILUNGULA who was on a tour in the Katanga Province.

It wasn’t the first time Pasteur Cosma came at JACK: we had already met the  Director of the DRC National Parks in June 2006 when our project was at it’s early days.

Pasteur Cosma said to be impressed by the work that has been achieved in only 4 years and ecouraged the JACK team to continue the hard work.

 Thank You Pasteur Cosma for your visit and encouragements. It was a pleasure having you for a short time at our sanctuary.
