Dear All,
September is always a month with a painful start.
Yes, it’s now 4 years that baby JAK has gone and 4 years that Franck and I started our NGO…
JAK was dying when he came into our lives and we rescued him.
Although his stay with us has been so short, the love this little one gave us had been extremely intense and has encouraged us to help this endangered species of the DRC.
JAK is now forever in peace with his friend TOUZO and they will both forever be in our hearts.
We LOVE you Jak & Touzo!
We MISS you Jak & Touzo!
Roxane & Franck
No, Jak and Touzo will live forever for in our hearts! They are little angels looking over the sanctuary and the orphans who love there now. It will always be painful to think of how they were killed but their legacy lives on at J.A.C.K. and they will never be forgotten. Hugs to you all during these sad time of rememberance. You are doing a wonderful job and I am so grateful for you all!
Impossible to forget those eyes…
They will live forever in your hearts and in each chimp rescued and rehabilitated by you. They will never die!
Love
Susana
Jak and Touzo live on through your work, through every single chimp you save, and in each and every one of our hearts. Their sacrifice and yours sets an example for all of us.
Nothing can erase this tragedy, but you have turned your pain into something good that is saving so many precious lives. Jak and Touzo are your guardian angels.
Big hugs —
Amy
thanks Fran for your kind words in this gloomy period….
K, go on this page below and you’ll read about this sad event. It was a sabotage, Jak & Touzo were assassinated to make us stop our action

how did they die?
Jak is in a happier place now but you gave him much love and care while he was with you. You’ve come so far in just 4 years! That is all due to your hard work, passion and love. All the very best to you, Roxane and Franck. Sending hugs from California!
