The first months of this year have been marked by incredible challenges for J.A.C.K., with rescues of small primates and great apes illegally held in the north of the country and in the Congolese Basin region. The main areas of intervention were the provinces of Sankuru, Bas-Uele and Tshopo.
J.A.C.K. facing with these critical situations, its Congolese Sponsor, the VINMART FOUNDATION , was there to provide invaluable assistance. One of the most important aspects of our work at the sanctuary is feeding the primates. Thanks to the contribution of the VINMART FOUNDATION, we have been able to provide a healthy, balanced diet for our residents. Their generosity enables us to purchase fresh fruit, vegetables and other essential foods to meet the specific nutritional needs of each species.
