It’s winter at J.A.C.K. : days can be very hot but temperatures drop drastically when night falls. To prevent flu, bronchitis and other respiratory issues, J.A.C.K. keepers add fresh eucalyptus leaves in the chimp beddings: they chew the leaves for hours which not only provide a lovely fragrance but also clear airways. Our chimps just love eucalyptus leaves!!
