Temperatures are going to drop soon as our African Winter is knocking on our door. A scary situation to us since some of the rescued primates J.A.C.K. repatriated from Zimbabwe do not stand temperatures below 12°C. Therefore, we have been extremely lucky to be granted valuable funds from our partner PRO WILDLIFE to build the needed facilities to keep these little primates in a warm place.
The night enclosure is made of two rooms with galvanized bars, feeders and nests full of dry grass. At night, a heater is switched on to keep a constant temperature inside the facility.
Great thanks to PRO WILDLIFE, its team and donors for their amazing support! We wouldn’t have been able to offer these orphans the best without your Love and Trust!
