new nursery thanks to wonderful donors!

Dear All,

Last year, J.A.C.K. was kindly helped by the SWEDEN CHIMPANZEE TRUST, the PAN AFRICAN SANCTUARY ALLIANCE, the donors on our WILDLIFE DIRECT blog, LITTLE JAK ASSOCIATION, the Zoo of LA PALMYRE and by BSI STEEL to build the first infant facility which enabled the nursery group to have their own place to sleep, play….1st nursery quarters

But, one night facility for the numerous infants wasn’t enough and therefore the works of a second facility were started thanks to the support of the SWEDEN CHIMPANZEE TRUST, la FONDATION BRIGITTE BARDOT and BSI STEEL.

Works had to be finished before the rains arrived.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t give the babies a new facility as funds were missing. Meanwhile, rains started and the dream of seeing the little ones in a new safe and dry facility vanished…

End of November 2010, Dr  Shirley Mc Greal of  IPPL HQ/USA contacted J.A.C.K. mentionning  the INTERNATIONAL PRIMATE PROTECTION LEAGUE  wished to help in some ways our small NGO! To Franck and myself, this was a miracle, an answer to all our prayers as the babies really really needed these new quarters…donors of the second facility

Thanks to the INTERNATIONAL PRIMATE PROTECTION   LEAGUE, J.A.C.K. managed to finish the second nursery facility.

Dear Donors, the baby orphans at JACK really wish to THANK YOU for your interest, support and love. Know that they are extremely grateful for the grants you all have awarded to JACK in 2010 as they now have their own place to stay where they can share experiences and live among others of their own kind ….THANK YOU! MERCI !

    wonderful, oh what a wonderful work being done in DCR!!!. i Hope that the good works would continue in the interest of sustainable development and for the protection of our endangered species.
